Senior Recruitment Consultant

While our team continues to grow in the US, we're equally as thrilled to have an opportunity within our Belfast team for an experienced recruitment consultant. We're searching for someone with a proven track record of success in a 360-recruitment position, ideally within the tech sector (although this is not essential).

As a specialist consultant at Reperio, you'll enjoy complete autonomy to operate your own business within the company and you'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for our clients and candidates. If you're willing to put in the effort, you can anticipate unmatched earning potential, along with access to one of Northern Ireland's most lucrative commission structures, and exciting rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing potential candidates, building relationships and creating a pipeline of potential candidates to be considered for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment and interview process
• Staying up to date with industry trends, providing market insight, and managing expectations
• Generating new business, and building relationships with clients (chasing up on leads, cold calling, research, meeting with clients)
• Introducing candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and offering relevant feedback
• Ensuring the recruitment process is smooth for both the client and candidate, ultimately leading to successful placements.
