This is a new, exciting opportunity, perfect for someone with a strong desire to build a successful career in recruitment, who is financially driven and ambitious.
Expected Earnings:
Year 1 OTE 35-45K
Year 2 45-60K+
Year 3 60K-100K
Year 4 100K+
Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current or future job openings
- Staying informed about industry trends, providing market insight and manage expectations.
- Building relationships with clients, and generating new business through cold calling, and chasing leads
- Representing candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
- Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and making successful placements for both the client and candidate
