£26,000.00 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to enhance their team in Bellshill on the Driving and Industrial Sector.

Day to Day Duties

• You will be working alongside an experienced Manager on a team of three
• Working towards building and growing the Driving and Industrial desk
• Working with our Clients and recruiting towards their needs
• You will be responsible for placing all adverts, screening, conducting 121 Interviews and placing out to work
• You will be working with the Branch Manager to grow and develop existing clients and visiting all clients, existing and lapsed, and working on a growth plan in line with their business
• You will be working to set KPI's and budgets to help the growth of the branch business
• Attention to detail is a must with all compliance and adverts we place along with having the passion, drive and the ability to be a number one team player to make the role a success

Essential Skills

• Previous background within the Recruitment industry, ideally on the Driving and Industrial sector but will look at other sectors
• Must hold current driving licence and have own transport to visit clients

Training

Day one training will be at Head Office based in Walsall, West Midlands, and this will cover all aspects of the role, our business aims and goals. This will be fully expensed and paid.
