Sous Chef required for very busy Café/Bistro located on a farm shop.
Belper area of Derbyshire – up to £14 per hour
Full time role
Normal Hours are: 07.30/8am- 4.30/5pm
35-hour week
2 days off together
There will be some evening work by on rare occasions
Free Parking on site.
£13.50-14.00 PER HOUR DOE
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous chef or chef de partie who is looking for more sociable hours. They are seeking a chef with a good fresh food background to assist the rosette standard head chef in this busy kitchen.
This cafe/Bistro will serves an array of fresh meals and snacks form early morning until early evening. They use all the farm shop produce to produce all fresh food on site. They are offer home baking, snacks and also some more substantial options all cooked fresh on site.
As Sous chef duties will also include running the kitchen, stock control and ordering.
For this role the ideal Sous chef will have kitchen experience within a very fast paced café/bistro environment.

07.30/8am- 4.30/5pm
2 days off together
You must be available to work Saturday and Sundays
There will be some evening work by on rare occasions
