We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our energetic team, in the heart of Berkhamsted helping to encourage and nurture little ones into independent young teenagers, preparing them to head off into secondary school with confidence and a good educational foundation.

Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and assisting in the education and development of our students. You will work closely with small groups of children, providing guidance, encouragement, and assistance as they navigate their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
  • Be able to commute to Berkhamsted areas
