Grounds Manager

45hours per week

We are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic organised and reliable Grounds Managerto Lead the Grounds Maintenance department.

You will be Leadinga team daily to carry out Grounds Maintenance,predominantly around the midlands area, although there may be some sites that are further away, so driving is essential.

The role of Grounds Manager:

• Working in a residential and commercial environment.


• Managing a largeteam


• Hands on approach


• Working closely with team leaders


• Ensuring department standards are met.


• Training of staff on processes and procedures


• Arranging training courses for staff when required


• Planning of works to be complete for next visit.


• Ensuring all sites/runs are complete.


• Organise schedules


• Working alongside the rest of the management team


• Build up a repour with clients


• Responding to incoming emails/calls


• Complete reports and send back to clients using our in house systems


• Handling department issues

Skills and experiences:

• Grounds Maintenance experience (essential)


• Full UK Driving license (essential)


• Management background


• Comfortable using word, excel, emails etc.
