  • You will work within our Wealth Management team supporting Financial Advisors and Paraplanners by using the XPlan back-office system to process and report client transactions and needs
  • Develop a strong understanding of investment, insurance and pension processes, including familiarity with FCA requirements, relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Execute instructions and process ongoing business transactions accurately, covering tasks as instructed by Financial Advisors and Partners within the firm

You will work within our Wealth Management team supporting Financial Advisors and Paraplanners by using the XPlan back-office system to process and report client transactions and needs

Develop a strong understanding of investment, insurance and pension processes, including familiarity with FCA requirements, relevant legislation and compliance requirements

Execute instructions and process ongoing business transactions accurately, covering tasks as instructed by Financial Advisors and Partners within the firm

Maintain up to date documentation and operating procedures for all processes

Liaise with clients on their needs and be able to deal with their queries supporting the Financial Advisor and Paraplanner Teams in providing a quality service

Consult with providers to ensure that the service needs are met professionally, timeously and accurately

Upload relevant information to providers` and firms` portals ensuring the data input is accurately recorded.

The Person

If you have meticulous attention to detail, good team and communication skills, confidence, approachability, strong time management skills, and are prepared to work hard, we would love to hear from you.

We would prefer someone with experience in Financial Services, able to operate within a busy transaction processing environment. Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Package

32 days annual leave (includes public holidays). Increases to 35 days with long service plus a TOIL and core working flexibility policy
