This role is crucial to their operation, requiring the successful candidate to provide sound financial advice and contribute to the financial strategies of the company.

My client is a traditional manufacturing SME based in E. Riding of Yorkshire. They are ideally positioned for growth and looking to expand with a robust product pipeline and hiring plan.

Description

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Production of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Preparation of the budgets, forecasts and cash flow
• Provide insight and challenge to support operations and the senior management team
• Identify cost-saving solutions and opportunities foor growth
• Balance sheet reconciliations and weekly reporting
• Ad-hoc tasks when required

Profile

The successful Finance Analyst should have:

• Professional finance qualification or qualified by experience
• Experience within the manufacturing and production sector ideal
• Experience preparing management accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Power BI/SQL/VBA experience advantageous

Job Offer

Basic salary range between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum + benefits
