We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Engineer to join our Microsoft Silver Partnered clients IT team. Gaining exposure to hardware implementations with site visits and lots of work within the Cloud providing support to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

** To provide and implement professional, affable IT support to clients end users, identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person.** Visiting clients sites, deploying software and hardware, project work including migrations.** Implement and develop new and existing infrastructure.** Remote support to clients end users with occasional site visits involving project work!** Taking on tickets and consistently hitting SLAs for the clients end users.
