Ideal Candidate Profile:* A qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law. * Demonstrated ability to handle both respondent and claimant cases with a track record of successful outcomes. * Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex legal advice for clients. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively. * Committed to upholding the highest standards of client care and legal excellence.
