Duties will include distribution and organization of staff, championing health and safety standards and ensuring Supervisor competencies . For this reason, the ideal candidates will be from a Food Production / Manufacturing /Operations or farm management background and will be great communicators and competent in leading teams from the front to produce exceptional results.There is excellent industry specific training so candidates from any fresh produce / food production / operations / management background are encouraged to apply.
