GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support learning and development in a vibrant school environment in Beverley. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' educational journeys.
Job Summary:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting student learning.
- Provide one-on-one support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement educational strategies and interventions.
- Build positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and motivation.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for education and a desire to support student learning.
Please note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful candidates must satisfy all background checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
