Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will support the Business Development Manager in expanding our client’s market presence and achieving growth objectives. This role involves strategic prospecting, relationship building, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new and existing customer sources to establish successful referring relationships.
  • Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies, focusing on customers in target markets.
  • Support the achievement of revenue goals by assisting in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and drive new sales through referrals and references.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties to ensure smooth operation and execution of sales activities.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, fostering new business relationships.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Research organizations and individuals to uncover new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Assist in finding and developing new markets to improve sales performance and market reach.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Assist in developing quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Support the setting and achievement of goals for the development team and overall business growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Adapt to management requests to assist in other areas of the business as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:
