Conveyancer

A new opportunity has arisen at a Legal 500 firm for a Residential Conveyancer to join its Kidderminster office! This is a full-time permanent position, in a modern office that works on a paperless basis with hybrid working. 

The Team

This well-run residential conveyancing team is usually split into three with more junior members focussing on sales only, a middle team undertaking a mix up to a certain value and finally a team taking on more complex work. This way your caseload is managed according to the team you are laced in, and support is on hand! 

The Role

For a Residential Conveyancer within this team, you will come on board around 6 years’ PQE to slot into the mid or high value team. You will run your own caseload of matters and will have support from legal assistants. 

The Person 

To be considered for this residential conveyancing role you must be 6 years’ PQE and above and have fantastic knowledge of UK residential property issues. Freehold and leasehold knowledge is crucial along with a desire to build and develop relationships.
