Job Details
- Leading on our Telematics algorithm, spanning management of the data to make it useable across the business right the way through to enchaining its value for our customers (and in turn our business) by using the raw data to influence our pricing
- Hands on development supported by a small team that is only limited by the imagination of the individual in this role
- You'll be using the Telematics data set to manage our spread of risk and help to reduce prices for our customers based on their driving data as a opposed to traditional datasets
- You'll work with internal and external stakeholder to get the data you need and influence how that data might be presented to our customers
- Ensuring the customer is always delivered with a price that is fair, justifiable and in-line with our governance and processes
Skills we would love you to have
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful and profitable business
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals, both technical and non-technical
- Advanced programme language skill (This could be R, Phyton, SQL, Radar or any other coding-based programme - provided there is a willingness to learn)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
