Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Bexley, Southeast London, looking for a permanent Head of MFL (Spanish specialist) to lead their dedicated and talented team of language teachers.
As a Head of MFL, you will lead and support the department to ensure that students receive the highest quality of teaching and learning across all Key Stages. Expertise in Spanish is required to develop the Spanish offer across the school.
The successful candidate will have a deep passion for languages, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting student engagement and linguistic proficiency. You are an excellent classroom practitioner with QTS/QTLS.
