About the Role:As a SEND Teacher, you will deliver tailored lessons and provide individualized support to students with SEND. You'll collaborate with colleagues to promote student progress and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Collaborate with SENCOs and other professionals to develop personalized learning plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
