Property Manager

On behalf of an independent estate agents , Hawk Personnel are seeking a Property Manager to be based at their busy Barnehurst lettings centre. They are looking for a self starter who can deliver first-class service to their landlords. It is essential that applicants are familiar with lettings laws and legislations. You'll need a cool head, and be able to deal with unexpected and demanding situations in a professional way. Strong IT and administration skills are a must. Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Property Manager- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in data entry and record keeping- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Knowledge of local landlord/tenant laws and regulations
