Looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team based in Bexleyheath. Candidates will have experience within property management and have worked in a similar role. Are you well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard and add to our client’s high reputation for service, and excellent levels of communication.

- Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
- Managing all compliance certification post move in.
- End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
- Resolving generic enquiries.
- Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
