- As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to problem solver for all technical issues across the business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line software and hardware support to end users via email, phone, and in-person
- Administering Active Directory, O365, managing software access, and documenting processes
- Onboarding and Off-boarding
- Performing health checks on user equipment and maintaining asset registers
- Supporting client Helpdesk
- Managing virus alerts
About You:
- Strong proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure, and O365 Admin Centre
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PC hardware/software issues
- Customer-focused mindset to manage expectations and deliver top-notch service
- Ideally, experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure and Fresh-Service ticketing system
