PART TIME ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to our client.
? Part-time, approx 25 hours per week? Office based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, with plenty of parking
? School hours welcome? Salary £25KFTE
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
(1) To process all purchase invoices, ensuring the correct allocation of nominal codes and tracking categories
(2) To conduct daily bank, monthly credit card and weekly petty cash reconciliations.
(3) Prepare an aged creditors and debtors schedule of invoices due for review by senior management
(4) Set up payments for purchase invoices due for payment
(5) To ensure all rental and service charge invoices are processed in a timely manner
(6) To send out reminders and statements for outstanding invoices
(7) Review and process all cross charges between group companies
(8) Be aware of Management Accountant’s payroll oversight responsibilities
(9) Assist the Finance Director and Management Accountant with projects and reports as requested
Requirements
· Able to support weekend Events from time to time
· Fluency in written English
· Able to work school holidays and Wednesdays

· Competent across all MS Office software and applications
· Experience working with Xero accounting software
· Good judgement
