We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The successful Property Manager will be responsible for dealing with all repairs and maintenance, Tenant check ins and outs, regular property inspections, have knowledge in completing inventories and know about compliance in respect of a residential property portfolio. No driving license required as all appointments are based onsite.
Day to day assistance on residential portfolio including:
- · Deal with repairs & maintenance and book in works
- · Manage contractors.
- · Buying & purchasing.
- · Setting up and managing supplier and trade accounts.
- · Compliance.
- · Carry out property inspections.
- · Out Of Hours - Rota
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- You will ideally have experience of Property Management and will have demonstrable experience in delivering an excellent level of service to clients, tenants and contractors. You will need to be a strong communicator.

- Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where professionalism and flexibility is essential

Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 Based on level of experience.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
