About the role

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our fantastic outstanding Consumer Logistics Warehouse team based on-site in Bicester, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to specifications issued by the Team Leader and Consumer Warehouse Manager and ensure the effective customisation of products in line with our customer needs.

The day to day deliverables will entail

If trained, you will support the Consumer team in Forklifting duties by using the Reach truck to carry out any additional tasks in support of the business, which may occasionally fall outside the day to day deliverables.

You’ll adhere to Health & Safety instructions & ensure that good housekeeping is upheld by providing a safe working environment, ensuring the work area is clean and tidy while participating, embracing and continuously developing in order to achieve the principles of a High Performance Organisation in line with the BRITA values.

To be successful in this roleYou will need to be motivated, reliable & methodical, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable in seeking out support when required & will be an inclusive team player.

Ideally, you will be licensed to operate a Reach truck (this is not essential as training can be provided if required). You will need to be computer literate to ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and updated.

As well as being a great communicator, you will be results driven, resilient with a natural curiosity to source solutions and possess a proven "Can Do!" attitude!
