The Role

As Senior Autism Practitioner, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of Autism Practitioners to deliver person-centred support

Ensure each individual’s support plan is tailored to meet their needs and ambitions

Liaise with families, multi-disciplinary teams, and external agencies

Be actively involved in recruitment, supervision, and service development

Support shift working and on-call responsibilities as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience in a supervisory or management role within social care

A relevant health and social care qualification, or willingness to achieve SVQ Level 4 and Leadership & Management certification

Good IT literacy (Word, Excel)

A full UK driving licence

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and on-call
