Are you looking for a new challenge in customer service? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Biggleswade on a six-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting team members and contributing to the success of the business.

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support to the clientsr customers, identifying when a service call is required, liaising with service partners, and managing incoming communication from customers, retailers, and service partners.

The Customer Service Administrator will be  providing operating manuals and information to customers or retailers upon request, identifying problems and parts required to resolve product issues, and providing quotes and availability information for parts and accessories.

To be successful in this role as the Customer Service Administrator, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as experience in customer service or a similar role. You should also have GCSE or equivalent grades in four or more subjects, including English language.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8/.30am to 4.30/5pm = 40 hours per week. Free on site parking and other great benefits!!!
