Biggleswade

We are currently looking for a night 7.5t ADR driver for a company based in Biggleswade who supply to various sectors in the paint industry. The role requires an experienced 7.5T Driver for their depot based in Biggleswade.

To be responsible for the delivery of palletised branch consignment stock from Hitchin to Basildon, Maidstone and don to Brighton.

Although your contracted hours will be 9hr a day, you should be finished within 7hrs and still paid for the full shift.

Start Time Monday – Friday 6.30pm -7pm with a 2.30am or 3.30 finish.

Job Role

• Load and deliver palletised goods to branches accurately, safely and in accordance with delivery manifests.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is presented correctly upon delivery to each appropriate branch.
• Collect all returns, samples, and empty pallets from each branch daily.
• Branches are safely locked and alarmed upon departure.
• Unload vehicle safely upon return to Hitchin.
• Keep the fuel card safe and only use for delivery vehicle fuel, oil and AdBlue where applicable.
