Maintenance Operative-Fabric Handy person
At Hays Recruitment, we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Operative-Fabric / Handyperson
Salary: 28,500 - (phone number removed)Location: Biggleswade and Surrounding
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least one of the following qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or higher
• BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent craft training

Additional Requirements:

• A driving licence is essential.
• Strong IT skills

Responsibilities:

• Scheduled, reactive, and Remedial maintenance services.
• Provide support for minor works management activities.
• Undertake routine repairs or minor works, including joinery, painting and decoration, general building works, ground works, and general plumbing.
