I am working with a family run Estate Agency who are looking for someone with a passion for Sales.
Location: Billericay
MUST have your own car and full driving license
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with clients to discuss their requirements and arrange viewings
- Liaise closely with vendors on property viewings
- Taking and promoting property offers
- Qualifying applicants affordability
- Referring to 3rd party Mortgage advisor and legal services
Listing Responsibilities:
- Value properties
- Produce Floor plans
- Edit and taking photos
- Client care
The candidate will also be trained in Listing properties and become the go to property Lister within Billericay and surrounding areas.
