Vacancy: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR – Commercial Estate Agency
Location: Billericay, CM12
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Negotiator within the Commercial Department of a highly success Chartered Surveyors based in Billericay, Essex.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the commercial property sales and lettings markets as well of good local knowledge of the area.
You will need to be tenacious, driven and committed as well as providing an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.
Skills required for this Commercial Negotiator (Commercial Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous experience in the commercial property sector essential
- Good understanding of commercial leases
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
