In this role: you'll be at the forefront of managing our accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships. With a fast-paced environment, you'll need to be adept at juggling priorities and managing your workload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify overdue accounts and implement collection procedures, including direct communication with customers
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions to ensure accurate tracking of invoice statuses.
Verify creditworthiness of new customers through thorough credit checks.
Process various payment methods, including credit card transactions and cheque payments.
Collaborate with the finance team to approve orders and ensure compliance with insurance requirement

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Proficiency in Sage 200 and Microsoft Programs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A confident telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
