RMS Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an outstanding importer and distributor of packaging products. They are looking for Telesales Advisor to join the growing company and provide support.
We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy the buzz of selling and interacting with people to join our existing sales team. The salary is £24k per annum and is working Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 5PM.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Promote, sell and obtain orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Discuss products and services with potential customers and assist in selecting those that are best suited to their needs.
- Utilize existing core information already collated and to generate new clients for our product range.
- Generate leads using cold calling and warm leads.
There is opportunity for a bonus scheme:
- £20 per new client onboarded, paid monthly if achieved 5 new clients as targeted.
- £10 per new client onboarded, paid monthly if less than 5 clients have been achieved.
- Whichever member of the team generates the most sales in the team will receive an additional £100
As an ideal candidate, you should:
- Ideally have telesales experience, be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
- Excellent level of literacy, numeracy, and IT skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
