Academics/CPSS are looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Educator for a temporary position in a amazing Primary School's based in Wolverhamtpon.

What skills and experience we are looking for in an Early Years Teacher:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Being committed, passionate and having a positive outlook towards professional development is essential.
  • Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and carers as a Early Years Teacher
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Able to commute to Wolverhamtpon

Key Responsibilities for an Early Years Teacher:

  • To plan and implement activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • To observe, assess and record children's progress, and use this information to plan future activities and inform parents/carers of their child's progress
  • To provide a warm and welcoming environment for children and their families, and build positive relationships with parents/carers
  • To work in partnership with colleagues, sharing ideas and best practice to ensure the highest standards of care and education are provided
  • To ensure that all children are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted at all times as an Early Years Teacher
  • To adhere to all policies and procedures, including health and safety, safeguarding and data protection
