As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN), your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging in continuous professional development and training
- Ensuring individual care plans are complete and maintained in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team in blended group and 1:1 therapy sessions
