My client is looking for experienced and self-motivated Technician to join their team. The role primarily consists of supporting and maintaining Primary Schools in and around the Bromley, Medway and East Kent areas.
The job will involve developing and supporting desktop PC's, servers, and the local and wide area infrastructure, tablets, laptops and iPad's. You will responsable to user requests for support via a bespoke fault logging system, and undertake change requests as directed by the IT coordinator in the school. The job involves dealing with people at all levels, and requires technical knowledge of Microsoft based, end user and server equipment and software, plus a range of other peripheral IT equipment.

- Microsoft Server software
- Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Group Policy and Active Directory
- Remote Backup procedures
- General Network Infrastructure
- Diagnostic procedures
- Installations of Mainstream software and MSI Deployment.
- Microsoft Intune and Google Workspace.
- In addition, knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage.
