Foodservice - End User (home based)

£60-65k plus package DoE

What is involved in the Senior NAM role?

* Management of existing and growing new accounts.
* Lead role for the End User accounts.
* Plan the annual account plan in line with the core objectives for the channel.
* New Business Development - strategic and targeted to meet P&L objectives.
* Leading the End User Team.
* Work closely with New Product Development and Marketing teams.
* Focusing on marketing led and quality driven activities.
* Working closely with the Development team to understand the detail around product development.
* Preparation of annual budgets around volumes, price point, costs and margins by product line.
* Regular updates with the Head of Sales on progress ensuring appropriate activities are in place.
* Seek feedback from the customer base.
* Negotiation within the accounts around price increases and all contracts are managed and signed ahead of implementation etc.
* Home based contract with one day per week or averaged over the month in the office.



Your background needs to include:

* Foodservice commercial experience, able to display development of new accounts.
* Strong network in the foodservice sector - End User experience an advantage not essential.
* The ability and energy to onboard new customers and drive growth in current accounts.
* Ambitious with the resilience and tenacity.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Work on own initiative and motivate and drive the team.
* Strong analytical skills, able to devise trends and themes.
* Managerial experience in previous commercial career.
