What you'll do
- You'll be the primary point of contact for communication with customers, suppliers, engineers, and enquirers.
- Manage end-to-end job processes, including raising job numbers and invoicing.
- Oversee work in progress to ensure timely completion, adhering to customer KPIs.
- Keep the engineering schedule up to date and collaborate with fellow Service Coordinators on scheduling.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, reviewing and approving quotes, and handling service-related tasks.

What you'll need
- Minimum 5 GCSE's above C grade, including English.
- 2+ years of customer service or administration experience within the refrigeration, facilities management or engineering industry. (Essential)
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office.
