SF are working exclusively with a professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre, they are looking for an experienced Credit Controller for a newly created position within a particular branch of the firm, working in a sole charge capacity for a ledger worth £20million. They are looking for someone with strong business partnering and query resolution skill set, reporting to the Head of Department and a central finance function based in London. This role will involve, producing/resending invoices & credit notes, proactive credit management, query resolution, supporting with misallocated cash, negotiating payment plans, weekly and monthly reporting on debtor days, escalations and cashflow.
