Description
The Accounts Assistant will;
- Code and process invoices.
- Approve invoices once confirmed with CM's.
- Check and reconcile supplier statements monthly.
- Bank reconciliations, post manual payments and sundry payments/receipts.
- Prepare monthly payment runs.
- Support the finance team in daily clerical tasks.
- Prepare, process and post Sales Invoices.
- Update Credit Control Spreadsheets.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Qualified or studying AAT
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail
