A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established and growing business in the Birmingham area for a Business Administration Assistant. This role is designed for someone who is highly orgainsed, can multitask and has a passion for delivering exceptional quality service to external and internal customers.
Job Role Duties:
- Working closely with the business manager and supporting with administrative tasks
- Supporting with documentation for expos and events
- Diary management
- Booking in appointments
- Creation work on PowerPoint
- Speaking with customers for updates, chasing payments or account details
- Working closely with SAP, data inputting and data transfer.
- Supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
- Supporting any areas within the business
Key skills & Experience:
- The successful person will have extensive experience and will proficient using SAP
- Ability to use, CRM, MS Office/365, Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Effective Communicator

- Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in business administration.
