Monday to Friday split shifts with pay rate of £12.50 per hour.
Experience required: Previous experience as a school caretaker/site assistant.

SCHOOL CARETAKER/SITE ASSISTANT REQUIRED!

School caretaker/site assistant required to work at a school in Birmingham

Job Description:

unlocking and locking up the school site as well as individual departments
Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied
General maintenance, DIY - fixing and put furniture together, painting
litter picking
assisting with any school deliveries
overlooking the schools health and safety. Carrying out fire drills/test.
Checking fire extinguishers and other health and safety aspects of the schools
Liaising with contractors and escorting them around site
Setting up classrooms and halls for assemblies and parents' evenings
Gardening and outdoor site maintenance - lawn mowing, using a strimmer, weeding, litter picking

Requirements:

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START
MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Monday to Friday, spilt shifts - starting as early as 7am, finishing as late as 7pm

£12.50 pay rate per hour
