Pyments, a leading construction consultancy, is looking for a Consultant (Programme Analyst) to join our expanding Dispute Resolution and Claims Management team.

In this role, you'll use your programme analysis skills to support clients manage disputes and claims. Whatever your experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on the most appropriate method(s) of programme delay analysis.
  • Undertaking various forms of programme delay analysis.
  • Advising clients on related aspects of dispute resolution and claims management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely advice is provided.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction contracts and related commercial matters.
  • Detailed knowledge of programme requirements related to contract, particularly JCT and NEC requirements.

The Person

  • Experienced in programme planning and forensic programme analysis within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Interest in dispute resolution and construction claims.
  • Flexible, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in construction programme software like MS Project, Asta or Primavera.
  • A degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field is preferred, though relevant experience is also valued.
