Responsibilities:
- Lead the business analysis efforts within the Life and Pensions platform programme.
- Work independently as the sole Business Analyst, demonstrating self-sufficiency and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Drive projects forward by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Life and Pensions platforms.
- Highly self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
