Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy high end casual dining restaurant serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in Birmingham. The restaurant has an emphasis on Seafood & Grill dishes. They are looking for a candidate who can produce good quality food to large numbers of guests at AA rosette level. The role is 4 days on, 3 days off each week.

The Chef de Partie Role
- Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
- Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Seafood & Grill dishses
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service plus small parties
- Keep High Hygiene & Safety Standards
The Person
- Already working as a Chef de Partie
- Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to rosette levels
- Calm Personality
