CDP – Hotel - £26k - £27k - Free Gym – Overtime

A hotel is one of the best places to learn and develop as a chef where you will be exposed to restaurant, bar, afternoon tea, weddings and meetings.

This is a long established client of Jubilee and 100% they offer PAID overtime.

Chef de Partie Snapshot:

• 40 hour contract £26,500 - £27,500

• Overtime Paid

• Uniform laundered

Don’t think that because hotels are open 24/7 that you will work more hours – in fact its more likely the hours will be better in a hotel and more than likely straight shifts like this role.

About the role:

• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality ingredients for your section

• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

• Managing, training and mentoring any junior chefs

• Monitoring portion and waste control – highlight any concerns to the Head Chef or Sous Chef

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that the kitchen team comply with all health and safety, food safety and hygiene standards
