Salary 35K, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days
To manage after sales service and spare parts supply. A customer service based role, involves visiting customers.
The role
- A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts
- Typically office based with occasional customer visits
- Customer relationship and account management
- Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
- Quotes & followup
- Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time

Requirements
- Customer service and account management experience
- Ideally a background in spare parts and after sales service
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Likely to have experience as; after sales manager, customer service manager, spares manager, account manager or similar
