A distinguished law firm located in Colmore Row is currently in search of a committed full-time Business Development Events Executive to aid in the planning and execution of a varied range of events in line with the firm's strategic objectives. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Events & CRM Systems Manager and Senior Events Executive to ensure flawless event coordination, spanning from initial planning stages to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hybrid, in-person, and virtual events from start to finish.
• Provide administrative support, manage event queries, and handle RSVPs.
• Produce event materials and liaise with venues and internal teams.
• Update stakeholders and maintain event information on relevant platforms.
• Participate in planning meetings and conduct post-event analysis and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous event coordination experience in professional services or a similar field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably with experience in InterAction.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proactive team player with excellent time management abilities.
