Sales Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services company as a Sales Executive based in Birmingham. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's financial services to customers via outbound and inbound calling, ensuring quality appointments are booked for the Financial Advisers.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with the Financial Advisers whilst managing their diaries, resulting in excellent outcomes for both them and the customers. The Sales Executive will also evidence strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders via a wide range of channels, including outbound/inbound calls, email, and web platforms. The role requires outstanding attention to detail in all administration work completed for customers and Financial Advisers. The Sales Executive will be proactive in managing their own diary and keeping up to date with any business changes, with an expectation to deliver to KPIs each month. Comprehensive training and outstanding support will be provided to enable the successful candidate to achieve these and set them up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's financial services to customers via outbound and inbound calling
  • Ensure quality appointments are booked for the Financial Advisers
  • Build strong relationships with the Financial Advisers whilst managing their diaries
  • Evidence strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders via a wide range of channels
  • Ensure outstanding attention to detail in all administration work completed for customers and Financial Advisers
  • Proactively manage own diary and keep up to date with any business changes
  • Deliver to KPIs each month

Key Requirements:

  • Some customer interaction experience
  • Experience of meeting targets is highly advantageous
  • Ability to hold a good conversation and communicate professionally
  • Genuine interest in getting into the world of Financial Services
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and have a great work ethic
