Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor working on water schemes in the Midlands region. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to oversee multiple sites across the Midlands region.Your new roleAs Site Manager, you will be required to work between various sites within the Midlands region and be responsible for, but not limited to, managing direct labour and subcontractors, coordinating all site activities, maintaining an accurate site diary, undertaking site audits and inspections as well as ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget and to specified quality.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have previous experience working on civil works within the water sector in a management or supervisory capacity and ideally hold an HND/degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, you will hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid qualification, and be able to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
