Working Supervisor

Working Site Construction Manager - Commerical 

Location: Birmingham, Walsall, Kidderminster, and Black Country

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Working Site Construction Manager to join our team and manage the construction of our expanding portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing various small commercial projects, including industrial unit refurbishments
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper techniques
• Reporting to the Director regularly

Requirements:

• Must be willing to be hands-on and happy to work on the tools when required
• Strong background in commercial construction
• Understanding of main Health & Safety Regulations
• Strong commercial fit-out experience
• General building work knowledge and hands-on experience in the building industry
• Good trade network
• Excellent general knowledge of the building trade
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to schedules
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the role
