A progressive, national Construction Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to add an ambitious Senior Construction Project Manager to their dynamic team.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The Partners are seeking a Senior Project Manager, capable of carrying out an Employer's Agent role, working predominantly within the residential sector.
The company has a strong presence in the property market, with an exciting pipeline of both private and affordable housing developments from £1m - £60m.
The incoming Senior Project Manager will benefit from an incredibly flexible, approachable and friendly company culture with the opportunity for hybrid working, long term progression to Associate and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading projects across various build sectors from start to finish.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients for ongoing business development.
- Managing stakeholders effectively to ensure project success.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Construction related degree qualification
- Either MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM ideally or currently working towards
- A strong Project Management background within UK Construction Consultancies
- Residential sector experience is ideal but not crucial
